Have you ever imagine your dream lifestyle so vividly that you start think it’s actually happening right now?

First, what is manifestation and visualization?
MANIFESTATION:
- Manifestation is the process of attracting your desires and dreams by shifting your belief system. You influence your conscious and subconscious mind with your desires until you start to believe that you’ve already achieved them.
- Basically, manifestation is about aligning your mind with your desires and goals.
VISUALIZATION:
- Visualization is the imagination or the practice of mentally picturing your desires and goals in details to give you a sense of what it’s like to have all of your dreams.
- Visualization is the most effective method of manifestation if you practice it in the right way.
Why Should You Practice Visualization?
Visualization is also a form of meditation. It gives you endless benefits such as calmness, motivation, creativity, and peace.

Practicing visualization will help you make your goals clearer. You’ll feel more motivated to take action towards your dream because you already know the taste of achieving them in your visualization.
When you visualize daily, your mind starts to believe that the dream life you see in your mind is just another normal thing. This shift your mindset to making your goals more achievable.
Another interesting fact about visualization is that when you repeatedly play a scene of your dream life, your conscious and subconscious mind will look for ways and opportunities that will lead you to that dream life.
The reason is your dream lifestyle is printed in your mind and there’s no other option but achieving it.
That’s why you should practice visualization every single day.
How to Visualize Correctly
To visualize effectively, you have to use all of your five senses, vision, touch, smell, taste, and hearing. When you visualize your dreams, try to sense all of these five senses.
But the everyone is missing this one secret, FEELING! and the FEELING OF GRATITUDE!
For example, let’s say you’re visualizing your dream house and here’s how you can use all the five senses and your feeling:
Visualizing Your Dream House

Vision: Imagine every details of your dream house. What color is that? Where is that? How many rooms does it have? What kind of furnitures does it have?
Touch: Touch it, the walls, the furnitures, open the doors, hold the keys, whatever things that you can touch
Smell: Breath in the fresh sense of your new house. Maybe the sense of flowers? baked cookies?
Taste: it’s not necessary for this scenario but if you want, you can imagine like eating something in your dream house with your family
Hearing: Listen to the laughter of your family, or the background noise, or the peaceful silence in your new home.
Feelings and Gratitude
Feeling: most important part! Embrace all of your feeling, happiness, excitement, gratitude. What do you feel right now in your dream house? How would you feel if you already own this house? How would you feel to see your family and yourself in the house? How would you feel when the house is in the exact way you’ve ever wanted?
Feel those emotions deeply until you’re already living in that dream house in your reality.
You can make your visualization more powerful by showing gratitude before the end of session. Feel the gratitude of living and owning your dream house right now.

Now you can see, the deep feelings and emotions are the key to have the effective visualization that will speed up your manifestation.
Guided Meditation Visualization
You can visualize freely but I recommend you to try out guided meditations for visualization of your dream life or whatever you want to manifest.
The best one that I tried and still using it is the one from Dr. Joe Dispenza,

There are so many videos in YouTube that you can try, but this is my most favorite one so far.
I recommend you to practice this as soon as you wake up. Introducing your mind to your goals and dreams at the beginning of the day is like giving your consciousness and subconsciousness the direction where it needs to go.
Also, visualizing just before you go to bed is also a good practice to reprogram your subconscious mind to fully believe in your goals too.
