If you don’t know Tiramisu, it’s an Italian desserts that needs no baking but tastes like heaven. Basically a cake with cream.
Who doesn’t love no bake desserts?

Originally they use Mascarpone, whipped cream, eggs, powder sugar, rum, lady fingers, coffee, and coco powder. But…
This healthy and easy Tiramisu recipe is different:
Our healthy dessert has little to no sugar, no cream, no mascarpone, low calorie, and is super easy to make. And No Baking Needed!
(Without mascarpone, we can barely call it tiramisu but here we go)
This low calories dessert is delicious just like the original tiramisu. (But I know the italians will hate me for it)
It takes only 15 mins to prepare the whole serving.
Let’s get into it.
Ingredients you’ll need:
- Lady Fingers (You can also use the cookies of your choice)
- Coffee – espresso
- Greek Yogurt (Instead of whipped cream)
- Coco Powder – for dusting
- Vanilla extract (optional)
- And a container to put it
We’re going to make a greek yogurt tiramisu. Have you ever heard of it?
How to Make Tiramisu
Firstly, prepare your container to layer up everything.

- Espresso Bowl: Add hot water and expresso into a medium sized bowl that you can dip the lady fingers.
- Prepare Cream: Add vanilla extract and powder sugar (amount of your choice) into greek yogurt and mix them well.
- Lady fingers: dip the lady fingers into expresso and start a layer in your container
- Layer up: Follow up the layer with the cream that we prepared before. Spread it like a layer.
- Repeat the process: After lady finger, after cream, and repeat it until the container is full.
- Dusting: Finally, put the coco powder to dust on top.
- Put it in the fridge: Now, we’ll let it sit the tiramisu in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- And then you can enjoy now.
It’s that easy to make a Tiramisu at home and it’s healthy.

You don’t need to track the grams or amounts or anything. You can do whatever amount you want to make.
Extra Tips to make Tiramisu tastier and healthier
If you want your tiramisu to be tastier and healthier,
- Use rich amount of coco power to dust on top. It’s never too much!
- Use your homemade lady fingers if you want it to be healthier. (But I always buy them as it’s easier for me.)
- The longer you put tiramisu in the fridge, the tastier it gets (Some put it for like 6 hours but I can’t wait more than 2 hours.)
- Vanilla extract make it better in every way.
