The brain cells and circuits are changing and rewiring depending on our thoughts and ideas. When you know their functions, you can easily change them in your favor.
The brain doesn’t know what’s the reality and what’s the thought. We need to take advantage of this function to build a new version of ourselves that identifies our thoughts. This is why manifestation works.
Your repeated thoughts and behaviors strengthen the related neuron pathways which can create a new reality for you.

2. Meditation – the practice to train attention and awareness
In short, meditation will save your time and energy and mood in the best possible way.
Meditation is a practice that is mainly used to calm, release stress, and aware of things.
But I suggest you to dig deeper of meditation, that is training your awareness and letting you see the things as it truly is.
You’re not who you think you are. And there’s no you. There’s no us, there’s nothing like table, body, school, nothing. We are nothing but still we are everything.
I know it sounds confusing, but when you understand the deep meaning of meditation, you will get my point.
You don’t need to study a lot about it but you need a lot of practice to reach this oneness and wholeness level.
3. Psychology – study of unconscious behaviors of humans
Psychology is a must-learn topic for every single one. It’s the study of why the people are the way they are, their subconscious behaviors relating to their feelings and thoughts.
Knowing people’s behaviors and their manners is an advantage for you in different social settings and business negotiations.
There is also dark psychology that involves manipulations, influencing and controlling other people for personal gains.
You should study them as well, not to apply them for your gains but to notice and avoid when someone use it to you. (Do not use them for bad intentions!)
